Welcome to North Cascades Crew

We are a passionate group of rowers who started North Cascades Crew in 2008. Our desire is to introduce and share the many benefits of the sport in a safe and supportive environment. We are very excited to bring our vision of North Cascades Crew to all residents of Snohomish County.

Rowing is a challenging sport that provides fun, friendship and community.  It is as hard of a work out as you could ever hope for. Practices include on the water rowing time, land workouts with rowing machines, strength training and aerobic conditioning.

Coach Fleming Brainerd has years of experience coaching at clubs in the Puget Sound Region, and helps kids and adults meet their fitness, fun, and camaraderie goals.
