SATURDAY APRIL 11TH brought windy weather and choppy water but 80+ rowers,paddlers and pedalers enjoyed a challenging race, good company and a delicious chili feed! CHECK OUT THE RACE RESULTS HERE!

DISTANCE : 5k and 10k
DIFFICULTY: Level 1 (Protected water, shorter distances, all human powered craft welcome)

Water Craft Demos: 8:30 -9:30 a.m. The general public will have the opportunity to try a Dragon Boat, Kayak or Rowing Shell.
Pre-race meeting: 10:25 a.m.
Race start: 11:00 a.m.

This is the first Sound Rowers race at this location, so the first records will be set this year.

ENTRY FEES
Entry price structure: All checks should be made out to SOUND ROWERS.

Sound Rower member rate:
$12.00 per member in any size boat , or $8.00 w/o shirt (cox'n pays).

Note: Juniors and Seniors who register as Sound Rower members, at no charge, may pay member prices for the race. Jr. Age 13-17 free, must fill out membership paperwork, parent must sign. Sr. Age 70+ free, must fill out membership paperwork.

Not a member of Sound Rowers? No problem! Non-Member Rates are as follows:

$23 per person, or $16.00 w/o shirt for 1x and 2x's.

$18.00 per person with shirt or $11.00 for non-members in boats of 3 or more for all seats (cox'n pays).

Entry fee includes a delicious Chili feed following the race!

CHILI FEED: Enjoy either meat or vegetarian chili with all the fixin's after the race; guaranteed for racers, tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis to spectators following registration.
